TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Jiixer, an AI photo editing service at jiixer.com (the "Service"), operated by Jiixer ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Jiixer lets you upload a photo, describe an edit in a text prompt, and receive an AI-generated result. New accounts get one free edit, delivered with a small watermark. Unlimited, watermark-free edits require an active paid plan ($2/month or $10 one-time, as shown in the app at checkout).

2. Accounts

You need an account to generate edits. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Jiixer.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the results Jiixer generates for you. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use it and to submit it for AI processing. Don't upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or depicts anyone without their consent for the edit you're requesting.

We don't store your uploaded photos or generated results on our servers — see our Privacy Policy for details on how images are processed.

4. Payments, plans, and cancellation

• Payments are processed by Square. Prices are shown in the app before you pay.
• The monthly plan renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the "Manage plan" button in the app; cancellation stops future billing and removes paid access from your account.
• The lifetime plan is a one-time payment that grants unlimited, watermark-free edits for as long as the Service is available.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we'll look into it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal or to create content that is deceptive, abusive, or infringing;
• Try to bypass free-edit limits, payment requirements, or rate limits;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to access it through unauthorized means;
• Use the Service to generate non-consensual sexual content or content depicting real people in a misleading way intended to deceive.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Third-party services

Jiixer relies on third-party providers — including OpenAI (AI image generation), Clerk (authentication), Square (payments), and Supabase (account status storage) — to operate. Your use of Jiixer is also subject to the availability and terms of those providers.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended use — review any edit before relying on or publishing it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jiixer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
